Description:

Drive recruitment success across diverse roles, including Pharmacy Operations.
·        Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding.
·        Manage 15–20 requisitions at a time
·        Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networks.
·        Build pipelines and strengthen employer brand through partnerships with schools, associations, and industry events.
·        Manage background checks, reference verifications and offers.
·        Share market insights and recruitment metrics to guide hiring strategy.

Skills required:
·        4–5 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience (healthcare/pharmacy a plus).
·        Bilingual in English and French.
·        Proven sourcing skills and pipeline development expertise.
·        Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
·        Proficiency in Workday or similar ATS, and Microsoft Office.
