In this senior analyst role, you will take part in the end-to-end implementation and technical management of critical banking software applications, ensuring that solutions meet high standards of quality, performance, and security. You will be directly involved in integration projects, technical problem-solving, system optimization, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Manage the technical and operational aspects of strategic banking applications such as Premier/Precision Business Process Manager, Integrated Teller, Focus DB Manager, and Onboard Advisor.
Participate in the implementation of technical software solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to system performance, integrations, and configuration adjustments.
Oversee and execute end-to-end integration projects involving Windows Server environments, Microsoft SQL, and IBM db2 databases.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize systems using specialized tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
Prepare detailed technical documentation and implementation records for ongoing reference and process improvement.
Configure and support automated file transfers, scripting, and scheduling processes using PowerShell, Python, and tools like Visual Cron.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery that aligns with project goals.
Participate actively in production deployments, post-implementation reviews, and continuous process enhancements.
Support modernization initiatives to improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of client applications.
Minimum of 6 years of technical experience in software implementation or application support.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL, IBM db2, and Windows Server environments.
Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous technical deployments effectively.
Experience in scripting and process automation using PowerShell, Python, and related tools.
Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
