Description:

The Director, Enterprise Platforms (Yardi) leads Cadillac Fairview’s strategic management of financial systems, focusing on Yardi and ERP integrations. The role ensures scalability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise financial processes. Acting as the primary liaison across Finance, Legal, Development, Property Operations, and D&T teams, the Director oversees platform stability, solution delivery, financial data governance, and cloud-based drawing/data management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day performance, stability, and availability of Yardi and ERP platforms

• Optimize Elevate platform functionalities (BillPay, BillPay AR, Forecast Manager)

• Manage end-to-end ERP integrations across business and financial systems

• Deliver enhancements and projects aligned with Finance needs and compliance requirements

• Oversee upgrades, reporting tools, and analytics improvements

• Implement governance for financial data integrity, access, and quality

• Develop scalable processes and documentation supporting Finance operations

• Collaborate with IT architects to align solutions with enterprise architecture

• Lead and mentor solution delivery teams

• Manage vendors and third-party support contracts

• Implement training strategies for Finance user adoption

• Provide regular updates to leadership on performance, risks, and roadmaps

• Oversee secure storage and delivery of confidential building drawings and data

• Direct SDLC, solution architecture, and application support for cloud platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related (CPA/MBA an asset)

• 10+ years managing financial systems; 6+ years leadership in enterprise environments

• Expert-level Yardi experience (Voyager, IM, PayScan, etc.)

• Strong ERP integration and data flow management abilities

• Knowledge of SOX, audit controls, GAAP, IFRS

• Strong technical acumen in ERP ecosystems

• Experience collaborating with IT and vendor partners

• Ability to define and deliver finance technology roadmaps
