Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and publishing custom applications on the ServiceNow App Store.
- Advanced experience in scripting on ServiceNow, including Server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes) and Client-side (UI Pages, CMS, CSS).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s core administration settings and platform capabilities.
- Expertise in designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs.
- At least 3 years of experience in backend development using C# or Java, including cloud platforms, web development, or enterprise applications outside of ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in full-stack development using modern programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom ServiceNow applications, including scripting, feature enhancement, and module customization.
- Develop and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and other scripted components to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
- Create and maintain custom UI pages using ServiceNow’s UI Builder, CMS, and CSS to improve user experience.
- Participate in full-stack development projects beyond ServiceNow, utilizing languages like C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as Angular.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs for cross-platform solutions.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across the ServiceNow platform and related applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Engage in agile development practices, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, new ServiceNow features, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions and processes.
