As a Backend Developer, you will design, build, and maintain efficient backend services primarily using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. You will collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to develop scalable and responsive features that power real-world applications across multiple industries including FinTech, E-commerce, Logistics, EdTech, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain reusable and reliable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Work extensively with MySQL relational databases to ensure performance and data integrity.

• Collaborate across teams including front-end, QA, and product management to deliver scalable features.

• Write clean, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews.

• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making processes.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications for better performance and stability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of backend development experience using Java 8 or higher.

• Strong expertise with Spring Boot framework and RESTful API development.

• Solid knowledge of MySQL and relational database design principles.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
