🔑 #MustHaveSkills:
• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or QA Automation
• Hands-on experience with Automation Reliability Engineering (ARE) concepts
• Strong scripting skills with Python, PowerShell, Java, or Shell
• Experience building automation frameworks and reusable automation solutions
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket
• Experience with API Automation and REST APIs
• Application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support experience

⭐ #GoodtoHave:
• Docker / Kubernetes
• AWS / Azure
• Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or CloudWatch
• Banking / Financial Services experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
