• A good understanding and practice of Automation best practices

• Good experience leading automation projects using TDD & BDD

• A good hands-on experience of leading Automation tools and can compare and recommend based on the project need.

• Adept at creating Architecture and Design of Automated Tests

• Experienced creating CI/CD Integration and Delivery Pipeline

• Understands how to build Test Automation Reporting and Metrics in a project

• Nice to be certified as an ISTQB Automation Tester with a good grasp of the ISTQB Automation Syllabus

• Understanding of the Agile Scrum process and the role of automation in a bi-weekly sprint lifecycle

• A great communicator with a good energy and sense of humor to teach an online class

• Classroom teachings are mostly on Saturday and Sunday. Ability to work on weekends and some weeknights.
