As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play a key role in providing high-quality medical care to small animal patients, working alongside a supportive team of experienced veterinarians and dedicated support staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, diagnostics, and treatments for small animal patients.

  • Perform dentistry and soft tissue surgeries as part of daily practice operations.

  • Optionally explore and perform orthopedic procedures or alternative therapies such as acupuncture or laser therapy.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of patient care and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary practice standards.

  • Participate in continuing education and contribute to team learning initiatives.

  • Engage positively with clients, providing clear communication and compassionate guidance regarding pet health and treatment plans.

  • Five fully equipped exam rooms and a dedicated comfort room.

  • Modern surgery suite and in-house laboratory for diagnostics.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.

  • Eligibility for licensure in British Columbia.

  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and compassionate patient care.

  • Interest in areas such as orthopedic surgery, acupuncture, or laser therapy is a plus.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: CAD 110,000 annually (negotiable based on experience).
