Description:
Teleflex, a global medical technology company and home to well-known brands like Arrow™, QuikClot™, Rüsch™, and UroLift™, is hiring an entry-level Associate Sales Representative (ASR) for its Trauma and Emergency Medicine division. This role supports sales activities for advanced emergency medicine products across hospitals, trauma centers, and EMS services. The ASR helps territory managers drive product adoption, supports clinical education, conducts demonstrations, maintains customer relationships, and may cover vacant territories. The position prepares the candidate for future promotion into a full territory sales role and requires significant travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales efforts for emergency medicine products (EZ-IO, QuikClot®, etc.).
Assist in executing territory business plans and achieving sales goals.
Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical training for clinicians.
Maintain account profiles and data in Salesforce.com and Power BI.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
Maintain hospital vendor credentials (RepTrax, Vendormate, etc.).
Provide clinical and technical support during evaluations and trials.
Monitor competitor activity and relay insights to the sales team.
Participate in national/regional sales meetings, cadaver labs, and training events.
Ensure compliance with Teleflex’s Code of Ethics, policies, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
Prior experience in medical device sales/B2B/clinical roles is a plus.
Bilingual (French & English) preferred.
Strong interest in medical device sales and clinical environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad).
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel extensively (70%+).

Additional Requirements:
Travel required: more than 70%.
