Description:
UniPhysio & Associates is seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Physiotherapist to join their team. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various physical conditions, contributing to a multidisciplinary and supportive team environment that encourages professional growth.
Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and treatment needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities to promote recovery.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, and injury prevention.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with physiotherapy best practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Prior clinical experience preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
