The role involves practicing optometry with professional autonomy and full scope of practice under agreement with the Subleasing Doctor, without company-imposed restrictions or quotas.

This independent practice model allows flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding work to an existing practice schedule. Associates work in fully furnished offices equipped with advanced optometric technology, including the latest digital eye exam tools such as Clarifye, Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System, and full tech and pre-testing support. The office also features an automated online appointment and patient recall system.
