Cineplex is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Manager at its Sudbury location. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting a dedicated team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves assisting in leadership and management of employees, handling guest experience, supporting theatre budget management, and helping to drive business growth and revenue. This position is perfect for someone passionate about movies and customer service, capable of managing high volume periods across multiple departments with strong conflict resolution skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and managing the theatre team.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and create positive experiences.

  • Assist in managing theatre budget and revenue growth.

  • Forecast and initiate actions or projects to advance the business.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar customer service or management role.

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Demonstrated leadership in high volume, multi-department environments.

  • Strong skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling.

  • Flexible schedule to work extended hours as needed.
