On the road tasks will include training new employees, teaching trained staff more skills, being an actual cleaner on job sites. Operational tasks will include: supporting & managing NEV staff and clients, answering the NEV business line, reading and replying to emails, communicating with staff and clients through phone, texting and WhatsApp messaging. Once fully trained, scheduling of NEV’s cleaning jobs. Administrative work includes data entry (entering of payroll sheets, uploading & editing photos & videos, adding jobs to the CRM and more) social media management, preparing of invoices, estimates, employee reviews, and more office organizational tasks.

The employment would begin with full time cleaning. You can’t teach, if you don’t know. Then move into the administrative & operational tasks.

This position’s core hours are roughly 30 to 40 hours/week, depending on the applicants working preferred hours.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Minimum Intermediate written and spoken French
  • Very knowledgeable and comfortable with the following programs: Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Photos, and Gmail), Whatsapp, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Up to date technology: decent amount of hard drive and RAM
  • Basic math proficiency

  • Fully bilingual in English and French
  • Managing experience
  • Office experience
  • Accounting experience
  • Experience with graphic art
  • Sales experience

Salary: TBD based on the candidate’s skills and qualifications
