As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and meticulous individual to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Director.

The successful candidate will be organized and versatile, providing support to the management in administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities within the company. This person will play a key role in optimizing internal processes and coordinating teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations:

    • Plan, organize, and optimize operational activities to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines across departments

    • Ensure optimization of administrative and operational expenses

    • Implement and track performance indicators to improve operations

  • Human Resources:

    • Supervise recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of employees

    • Establish HR practices that promote a positive and productive work environment

    • Organize internal company events

  • Administration and Finance:

    • Monitor financial indicators and propose actions to improve profitability

    • Collaborate with management to develop growth strategies

    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and optimize administrative processes

    • Perform other related tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Team Management: Ability to motivate and coordinate multiple departments

  • Organization: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to optimize processes and make strategic decisions

  • Customer Orientation and Problem Solving: Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and proactively handle issues

  • HR and Administration Knowledge: Understanding of human resources management practices and business administration

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the industrial sector

  • Education in business management, administration, or a related field

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities

  • Proficiency with computer tools and management software (ERP, CRM, etc.)
