This leadership role focuses on managing the Architectural division, overseeing operations, fostering client relationships, and driving both project delivery and business development initiatives. As an Architectural Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Architectural division and collaborating with other divisions.

• Reviewing new project orders, including estimates and pre-plan details.

• Leading and facilitating weekly project status meetings.

• Assigning and delegating project tasks, while mentoring and managing team members.

• Driving business opportunities by representing Flynn in client interactions and pursuing new contracts.

• Securing repeat business through strong performance and long-term client relationships.

• Collaborating on policy development, operational practices, and achievement of organizational goals.

• Recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing employees to ensure division continuity.

• Providing monthly management updates to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry (preferred).

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.

• A degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field (preferred, but equivalent experience accepted).

• In-depth knowledge of Architectural Metals/Panels; experience with commercial glazing is an asset.

• Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with project management software and proprietary systems.

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring exceptional client service.
