Appraiser

Description:

• American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or similar recognized body is preferred, but not essential;
• In the absence of valuation experience / training, a background in construction, engineering or the trades is an asset;
• Superior information system skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access);
• Experience with AutoCAD or SketchUp is an asset;
• Well-developed organizational, time management and project management skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight timelines;
• Superior attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• The ability to develop relationships and work well with internal and external partners;
• Valid BC Driver’s License;
• Flexibility to travel.
