Application Architect

Description:

VTRAC Consulting Corporation is looking for an experienced Application Architect specializing in API Integration using Azure and .NET technologies. This role involves designing scalable, reliable, secure, and reusable integration solutions and providing technical leadership across application development engagements. The successful candidate will work throughout the system lifecycle, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with company principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect integration solutions using Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and other Azure services.

• Provide leadership and guidance on best practices and coding standards.

• Hands-on design of secure, scalable integration solutions with .NET and Azure services.

• Mentor junior developers and ensure comprehensive technical documentation.

• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and make timely decisions.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to create efficient data automation solutions.

• Implement security measures and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in full SDLC using Agile methodologies.

• 10+ years of IT experience, including architecture design and application development.

• Proven experience designing integration solutions with Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and other Azure services.

• In-depth knowledge of API design principles, including RESTful API design, API versioning, security, and governance.

• Experience working with system and architecture integration teams.

• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework (C#) and code reviews.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and hands-on Azure experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field.
