They bring expertise across the functional areas central to the role, including learning and leadership development, succession planning, engagement, performance management, and people analytics. The Director is a people focused leader who develops and supports managers, builds cohesive and effective teams, and influences change through strong relationships, clear communication, and sound judgment. Known for collaborating with HR and business leaders to create practical, scalable solutions, the ideal candidate combines strategic insight with analytical rigor and a commitment to integrity and authenticity.
