The Adoption & Change Management Consultant will play a crucial customer-facing role within the AI Solutions Group, focusing on successful delivery of Workplace AI Consulting engagements. This includes consulting on Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption strategies, helping clients navigate organizational transformation, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery and Execution:

• Assess client readiness, maturity, and requirements for AI adoption

• Design and implement change management plans using industry best practices

• Execute on professional services engagements including stakeholder communication, awareness programs, and success tracking

• Define success criteria and track project performance using feedback, surveys, and metrics

• Ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant project delivery

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as an advisor for Workplace AI initiatives

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify growth opportunities and present tailored value propositions

Practice Development:

• Contribute to the evolution of AI Solutions methodologies and delivery frameworks

• Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding

• Share insights on emerging trends to improve delivery practices and service offerings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management, Education, HR, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in change management or related consulting roles

• Proficiency in AI (especially Microsoft 365 Copilot) or in change management for tech environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Willingness to travel up to 15%
