Mia Innovation, a forward-thinking AI partner for Quebec-based businesses, is actively hiring two AI Account Managers to play a pivotal role in helping SMEs harness the power of artificial intelligence. The company acts as a strategic advisor and long-term innovation partner, guiding clients from ideation to impactful AI implementation.
As an AI Account Manager, you will be the trusted bridge between client companies and internal AI specialists, developers, and architects. This is a client-facing, strategic, and delivery-focused role aimed at transforming business ambitions into real-world technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify high-potential prospects within Quebec's SME sector by understanding their business challenges and identifying practical AI use cases.
Develop and nurture long-term trust-based client relationships.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to co-develop custom AI solutions tailored to client needs.
Draft persuasive proposals, value propositions, and client pitches.
Contribute to the company’s business development strategy and product/service evolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3 to 8 years of experience in account management, business development, tech consulting, or digital transformation roles.
Strong interest and familiarity with AI, automation, and data processing technologies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
Strategic mindset, self-driven, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.
Experience working in entrepreneurial or SME environments is a strong asset.
Fluency in French and English is required.
