Agile Coach

Description:

Akkodis is seeking an Agile Coach to help both business and IT stakeholders learn, adopt, and persist agile practices for a federal client. This role involves coaching teams in Scrum and Kanban, guiding teams through their agile transition, and helping to resolve complex problems to drive continuous improvement in agile processes. You will work closely with leadership to cultivate high-performing agile teams and ensure that business and technology owners can effectively complete activities for agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coach agile teams including Scrum and Kanban practitioners

• Provide guidance to teams on how to transition to agile delivery environments

• Support Product Teams and leadership (Pods) to create high-performing agile teams

• Drive continuous improvement in agile practices and processes, advising on industry best practices

• Assist business and technology ownership in completing agile delivery activities, including roadmap development and functional decomposition

Skills and Experience Required:

• PSPC Level 1 Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance

• 10+ years of experience in Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban

• 5+ years as a coach/transformation advisor at an enterprise level, with experience coaching senior leaders

• Advanced Agile Certification

• Experience in facilitating agile training to improve workflows, tools, artifacts, and frameworks

• Knowledge in organizational change management required for agile adoption and transformation

• Experience working in the government or financial industries

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset

• Experience with Azure DevOps is an asset
