  • Integrating automations with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications while adhering to coding standards and governance guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing intelligent, self-directed automation solutions that combine RPA with AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), document understanding, and communication mining
  • Evaluating new Agentic AI capabilities, prototype innovative use cases, and lead their transition into production environments in collaboration with data and AI teams
  • Serving as the technical lead for the automation team, mentoring developers and analysts on solution design, coding best practices, and error handling
  • Conducting detailed code and design reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability of automations, while promoting reusable components, standardization, and consistent documentation across the automation portfolio
  • Partnering with business stakeholders, process owners, business analysts, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and translate business needs into technical requirements. Facilitate discovery and design sessions to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
  • Ensuring that all automations comply with organizational policies, audit requirements, and data privacy regulations. Develop and maintain technical documentation, security reviews, and version control practices. Participate in governance forums, change management processes, and production readiness reviews to ensure sustainable automation deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Overseeing post-deployment monitoring and maintenance of bots to ensure operational stability and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing performance improvements
  • Developing dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track utilization, success metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization or enhancement

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in RPA and intelligent automation, with deep hands-on expertise in UiPath or comparable platforms
  • Proven experience integrating AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, OCR, API-driven automations) into enterprise automation solutions

Technical Expertise

  • Strong programming skills in Python, VB.NET, C#, and SQL
  • Experience with workflow orchestration, queue management, and scheduling (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)
  • Advanced understanding of exception handling, logging, bot resiliency, and performance tuning
  • Demonstrated experience designing automations that meet governance, compliance, security, and audit-readiness requirements in regulated or enterprise environments
