Fidelity Canada, a leader in mutual fund and ETF management with over 35 years of experience serving Canadian investors, is hiring Advisor Service Center Representatives on contract roles ending May 1, 2026. As part of the Advisor Service Centre team, you will play a vital role in supporting investment advisors, their teams, and investors directly, ensuring exceptional client service while helping clients plan and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to advisors, investors, and their support teams in Fidelity’s inbound contact centre.
Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate information and appropriate follow-up.
Support clients in understanding and planning their short-term and long-term investment strategies.
Serve as the first point of contact, representing Fidelity with professionalism and a client-focused mindset.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
College diploma required (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
