High performer – ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role with a technical focus, such as legal, oil and gas, medical or other industry
Proven self-starter, highly motivated, with a great work ethic
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Customer service focus with keen interest in understanding client expectations and delivering results on time
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to solve problems and propose solutions
What You Will Do:
Provide administrative support for our operations and technical teams including production operations, drilling, completions, pipeline, facilities, etc.
Oversee daily reporting system and create summary of daily operations
Maintain various electronic and paper filing systems
Provide administration on various software systems
Conduct information gathering and problem solving
Provide administrative assistance with meetings, events, etc.
