Description:

  • High performer – ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role with a technical focus, such as legal, oil and gas, medical or other industry
  • Proven self-starter, highly motivated, with a great work ethic
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Customer service focus with keen interest in understanding client expectations and delivering results on time
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to solve problems and propose solutions


What You Will Do:

  • Provide administrative support for our operations and technical teams including production operations, drilling, completions, pipeline, facilities, etc.
  • Oversee daily reporting system and create summary of daily operations
  • Maintain various electronic and paper filing systems
  • Provide administration on various software systems
  • Conduct information gathering and problem solving
  • Provide administrative assistance with meetings, events, etc.
