The Rolling Equipment Management Center (CGER) is looking for a motivated student to join their administrative support team.

Main tasks include:

  • Managing files related to light and heavy vehicles

  • Inventory and monitoring of available vehicles

  • Opening and updating machine files

  • Inventory of unassigned tires in workshops

  • Archiving files according to procedures

  • Analyzing archived files based on various criteria

  • Ensuring uniformity of files

  • Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets and data entry

  • Other related tasks such as picking up parts, mechanics, or clients from suppliers

The position offers a flexible schedule supporting the balance between work, studies, and personal life. The role is primarily daytime, Monday to Friday.


Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled full-time in a study program (or part-time if in the penultimate or final semester)

  • Training in one of the following DEP fields:

    • Administration

    • Office Automation

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada

  • Adequate French language skills for the job

  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license is an asset
