The Rolling Equipment Management Center (CGER) is looking for a motivated student to join their administrative support team.
Main tasks include:
Managing files related to light and heavy vehicles
Inventory and monitoring of available vehicles
Opening and updating machine files
Inventory of unassigned tires in workshops
Archiving files according to procedures
Analyzing archived files based on various criteria
Ensuring uniformity of files
Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets and data entry
Other related tasks such as picking up parts, mechanics, or clients from suppliers
The position offers a flexible schedule supporting the balance between work, studies, and personal life. The role is primarily daytime, Monday to Friday.
Must be enrolled full-time in a study program (or part-time if in the penultimate or final semester)
Training in one of the following DEP fields:
Administration
Office Automation
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Adequate French language skills for the job
A valid Class 5 driver’s license is an asset
