Description:
- Provides administrative support including editing/formatting client reports, preparing meeting minutes and
general correspondence; scheduling internal meetings and hiring interviews; reviewing internal forms/expense
claims for accuracy/completeness
- Database entry including creation of new client records, adding/updating contact information, updating service
provider client assignment
- Prepares and collates documents for client report mailings, various mail outs, seminar/workshop packages
- Creates, coordinates and updates templates, brochures, newsletters, invitations, forms, as required
- Performs scanning/database uploading and copying for client records, correspondence, forms
- Provides reception services including greeting and announcing clients/visitors, responding to inquiries, and
transferring incoming calls, booking/reconfirming client appointments using computerized scheduling software
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 education or higher
- At least 2 years previous customer service and/or administrative experience in a similar environment
preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), organizational, time-management, and
interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Windows programs (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with database entry
- Criminal Record Review acceptable to the Centre
- Must be able to provide proof of vaccination as per BC PHO order for Health and Community Care Workers
