Administrative Manager
Description:
- Plan, organize and manage the administrative operation, procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Evaluate the business operation, ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate the operation in the company.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Budget planning and control, monitor costs and expenses.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and liaise with suppliers on contracts and services.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning etc.).
- Ensure business operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
- Prepare reports for the management and participate in meetings.
Employment requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, commerce or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- English language
