Administrative Coordinator

 

Description:

  • Process all applications received via email, fax & MFT in DPS as well as clean up all error batches, DPS exception folder, Collapsed deals reports and ensure service levels are met on a daily basis.
  • Manage all items coming to DMS NIGO Queue, communicate with broker & Lender related to NIGO & Mismatch items if required
  • Handle task of pulling CSP Applications from lender portal- Merix and Strive
  • Monitor or action on CSP Operational Activities- MFT/Flat files/ Collapsed /Lender 15 Reports /Incomplete Report
  • Go to Oakville office and handle all received returned Safety Catch mail to Safety Catch Tool
  • Participate in Projects for core BSC Inc. systems as listed below if required

The Senior Application Processing Specialist would have advanced SME knowledge of all App Processing duties may additionally be responsible for the following:

  • Monitor all App Processing team systems and report any PROD systems issue, and collaborate with BSC Prod Support for escalation resolution
  • Update any internal procedures within App Processing Team if required
  • As a SME assist with training of incoming new employees on App Processing duties
  • Send out Daily Workload Distribution for App Processing Team
  • Update any KPI reporting as required
  • Participate in Projects for core BSC Inc. systems such as DPS, DMS if required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of system platforms and processes (DPS, DMS, AMS, BRMS, Safety Catch Tool)
  • Previous experience in a data processing role
  • Ability to work in a customer service, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Knowledgeable in the Mortgage Creditor Industry or ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Excellent analytical skills required
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and maintain professionalism in all mediums (written & verbal skills)
  • Knowledgeable in the Mortgage Creditor Industry or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate issues appropriately

  • Ability to process a minimum of 30 to 35 batches per hour, 200 to 240 batches per day on average in DPS
  • Ability to prioritize

  • Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and set priorities to consistently meet right deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledge of Mortgage Industry & clients
