Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper

About Us: We are a small family office looking for a very well organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant. If you have experience with QuickBooks, a passion for numbers, are an organized thinker, we want to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the accounts for 4 separate companies, 2 trusts, and personal files including the following tasks:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts monthly
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Manage office supplies and administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both paper and electronic)
  • Provide support as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (Excel, Word) a MUST
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Additional certification in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • French and English
