What You Will Do:
Work closely with the VP, NET to provide executive administrative support, including managing the calendar and priorities
Assists, when required, with analysis and reporting of the departmental budget and other operational factors
Organize meetings, including logistics, including preparation of agendas, presentation materials, tracking, and follow up of action items
Liaise closely with peer EAs for efficient planning and time management of executives, including handling complex scheduling requests with competing priorities
Compile sensitive information for the purpose of creating confidential reporting and tracking for the business unit.
Handle travel arrangements and expense processing for executives.
Maintain positive relationships with internal and external industry groups to which the VP, NET provides representation. This requires handling meeting schedules and travel coordination
Act as liaison between high-level internal and external parties (e.g. parent and affiliate companies, external customers, governmental organizations, etc.), as the need arises.
Provides friendly, courteous service to visitors of Enbridge Inc.

Who You Are:
You possess post-secondary education in related program and equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 4-5 years of senior administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Excellent communication skills, proven work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility with follow through.
Excellent judgment, exemplary interpersonal skills, respectful of proper corporate protocols
Ability to deal with confidential material in a professional manner.
High level of initiative/self-direction, with the capability to perform well under pressure.
Demonstrated problem solving and dedication in a team environment.
Outstanding digital literacy, including MS Office Suite (PowerPoint & Outlook)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and event coordination would be considered assets.
