About the Role

Join our well-established financial services firm as a key member supporting the daily operations of our growing office.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable (invoicing, reconciliations)

• Provide professional reception support (phones, greeting clients)

• Handle administrative tasks: scanning, filing, data entry, document management

• Support team coordination and smooth office operations

• Maintain office supplies and refresh common areas

• Assist with payroll processing and internal communication

• Prepare and send accurate client communications

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years' experience in an administrative role (financial services preferred)

• Familiarity with RRSPs, TFSAs, and other investment accounts

• Experience working with corporate clients and business owners

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; accounting software is an asset

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

• Discretion with confidential information

• A proactive, detail-focused mindset and willingness to learn
