Description:
In addition to managing all channels of contact with and within the school (inbound/outbound calls, internal coordination, email, and website inquires), the administrative assistant must manage the following tasks:
1. Attention to detail in the areas of record-keeping, data management and security.
2. Prioritize tasks and switch back and forth as needed.
3. Understand or be willing to learn about the historical and intergenerational trauma which impacts our youth and develop skills to address behavior in a non-reactive manner.
4. Willingness to participate in staff development regarding FNMI foundational knowledge.
5. Ability to learn quickly and efficiently to navigate multiple information management platforms at once.
6. Ability to support students and school staff members in a wide variety of tasks.
7. Efficient approaches to physical file and data management.
8. And the ability to respond to other duties as assigned by school-based administration.
