Accounts Specialist

 

Description:

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Accounts Specialist - Loss Mitigation to join their team. This role involves proactively contacting clients identified as high-risk for future delinquency, offering them personalized solutions to maintain long-term account health. The role requires making 50-60 outbound calls per day, educating customers on available options, and providing financial wellness support to avoid future delinquency. This is a customer-oriented role, requiring empathy, professionalism, and the ability to meet individual performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required

  • 2-3 years of experience in collections

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles

  • Comfortable in a high-volume call environment
