Accounting Clerk

 

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Clerk located in Mississauga, ON. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial statements. Key tasks include working with accounting software to process transactions, conducting financial reconciliations, generating reports, and providing support for finance and accounting operations. The role requires assisting with administrative tasks related to accounting and supporting the finance team as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Advance Excel
  • Must have experience in running Payrolls
  • Proficiency in keyboarding skills
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Canadian accounting standards is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
