Horus Ressources Inc, a reputable SME in the construction industry, is actively seeking a Commis Comptable (Accounting Clerk) to join its administrative team in Ville Saint-Laurent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier and customer invoices

  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable

  • Prepare bank deposits and carry out bank reconciliations

  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting

  • Collaborate with project managers for cost tracking

  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma (DEP, AEC, or DEC) in Accounting

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role

  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Acomba, Maestro, Avantage, or similar

  • Experience in the construction industry is considered a strong asset

  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and team spirit

Work Schedule:
