Quantum Management Services Ltd. is hiring an Accounting and Payroll Technician for an established organization in Terrebonne, QC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management of supplier invoices.

  • Preparation of payments by cheque and electronic methods.

  • Handling employee expense reimbursements.

  • Creation and management of customer accounts.

  • Entry and validation of employee working hours.

  • Collaboration with the HR department for bi-weekly payroll processing.

  • Effective communication and coordination with suppliers and team members.

  • Taking charge of related administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Diploma (DEC) in accounting or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting/payroll role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary up to CA$60,000.
