Description:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with insurance companies, policyholders and their representatives
  • Liasing with respective law firms representing the injured claimants
  • Gathering, assembling and verifying information and documentation from all available sources to endure a thorough compilation of facts required to complete the expert reports.
  • Communicating with the injured claimants to ensure they are familiar with all aspects of our services
  • Providing timely and regular status updates to clients
  • Meeting productivity objectives set by Great Oak Management
  • Staying current with applicable legislative and legal decisions
  • Preparing engagement proposals, work plans, time budgets and fee estimates

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communicating in person, e-mail and telephone
  • Well organized, able to prioritize numerous tasks, and work on multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
  • Ability to work both independently and also a consummate team player
  • Ability to meet time, budgets and deadlines
  • Enrolled in or completion of CIP designation an asset
  • Automobile insurance related experience an asset
