Accountant

Description:

iN STUDIO is seeking a Accountant to support high-quality interior design projects within a collaborative and creative team. The successful candidate will manage BIM standards, support design teams, administer project platforms, and contribute to efficient workflows across complex design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain BIM templates, Revit families, and standardized content.

• Administer and optimize ACC, SharePoint, and project management platforms, including setup, permissions, and system improvements.

• Develop and implement workflow automations using Clarity tasks.

• Create detailed BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for project teams.

• Conduct staff training on best practices, workflows, and project onboarding.

• Perform model performance analysis and optimization.

• Lead clash detection and coordinate interdisciplinary BIM workflows.

• Develop and maintain parametric Revit family libraries and advanced modeling standards.

• Provide mentorship and daily BIM support to design team members.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar building design role.

• Expert-level Revit skills with 8+ years advanced BIM modelling and coordination experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Technology.

• Advanced experience administering ACC/BIM 360 and managing complex projects.

• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Proven experience developing and implementing BIM standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to independently manage large and complex design projects.
