Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency, is seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategist for future openings. This role is remote and focused on building high-impact SEO and content strategies for enterprise-level B2B tech and SaaS clients.
As an SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and managing custom SEO strategies, leading client-facing communications, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that drive pipeline, improve search visibility, and increase customer generation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and project management expertise, while closely collaborating with content writers, designers, and internal teams.

Strategic Development: Create, implement, and optimize SEO and content strategies tailored to client goals using LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and content production best practices.
Goal Setting & Analysis: Define client goals using Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, and Ahrefs; review and approve goals with Associate Directors (AsD).
Project Management: Lead project execution using Asana, delegate tasks to internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of content campaigns and SEO initiatives.
Content & Campaign Creation: Work with content writers and designers to craft compelling, data-driven content strategies that align with client objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, proactively communicating timelines, deliverables, and strategy updates.
Reporting: Deliver regular reporting including bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, quarterly reviews, and bi-annual business reviews.
Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and client referrals by building strong client relationships.
Proven expertise in SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
Agency experience required.
B2B Tech and/or SaaS marketing experience required.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
