What will your day to day look like?
This Account Manager position is a crucial role in our client’s efforts to grow their existing customer base within Canada, focusing on the mid-tier and larger value customers. A typical day in this role could include:
• Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
• Managing the renewals process, ensuring maximum value is gained at these opportunities
• Identifying opportunities for expansion, and making sure to close these new deals
• Using available data to identify potential risks of customer churn, working alongside relevant internal teams to solve these issues
• Prioritising accounts so time is spent in the right place at the right time
• Attending industry events in the region, acting as a voice for the brand
This role will suit you if you…
• Have proven experience of B2B sales, either in Customer Success or Account Management driving NRR across a pool of customers
• Are experienced in nurturing and closing expansion opportunities worth €15,000+
• Are a data-driven person, always using data at your disposal to guide decision-making
• Can be both an orchestrator and a collaborator, knowing when is best to expand an account as well as when to focus on customer service
• Are proactive, creative, and metrics-driven
• Can speak English proficiently
