Account Manager (VHCS)

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our sales team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, and focused on surpassing his/her goals and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Waterloo office and covers Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, Orangeville, Brantford and the surrounding area.

What you will do:
 

  • Proactively manage customers while keeping in mind their requirements, and increase sales through the promotion of the new equipment and products.
  • Regularly meet with customers to assess their satisfaction and make changes to their account in order to grow his/her territory.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Representative when a new case is given in order to understand the customer’s expectations.
  • Create business propositions outlining the benefits and added value of our company.
  • Close the sale, sign the agreements, and ensure after-sale service
  • Ensure the proper execution of the transaction
  • Meet the territory’s sales goals (sales volume, number of visits, customer retention)
  • Conduct monthly business reviews of his/her territory with concrete actions to grow it.
  • Promote new products
  • Update the CRM on a continuous basis
  • Stay abreast of innovations, the competition and the market
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high quality go-to-market
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team
  • Develop his/her knowledge of the coffee industry and equipment
  • Become an ambassador for our brands
