TC Transcontinental, a leading name in flexible packaging, retail services, and printing, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager I - Print for its Aurora, Ontario location. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing key client accounts, coordinating print and display projects, and ensuring high-quality execution that aligns with client expectations and company standards.

Collaborate with design studios on ideation, creative development, and execution of innovative print and display solutions.
Coordinate retail display, décor, and fixture projects by liaising with clients, internal design, production, and retail marketing teams.
Lead innovation project kickoff meetings, ensuring smooth communication between departments throughout the production process.
Prepare detailed presentation decks, renderings, and job specifications for client review and discussion.
Maintain and update innovation job tracking documents and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
Prepare cost estimates, studio deliverable requests, and prototype development follow-ups.
Oversee prototype production, collect and photograph prototype samples, and manage approvals.
Participate in bi-weekly production meetings to review ongoing projects and initiate new assignments.
Build and sustain strong client relationships while maintaining effective collaboration with internal teams.
Support corporate marketing and promotional initiatives through participation in special projects.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Company policies, following the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario and related legislation.
University or College degree in Graphic Communication or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator / InDesign.
Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs.
