Description:

Support the Canadian vision to drive exceptional experience and profitable growth through direct sales channels with a focus on Dyson Demo Stores and Customer Care channels:

  • Deliver assigned budgets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and develop actions in partnership with department leads to achieve the agreed plan.

  • Ensure integration of national activities and promotions into Dyson Demo Store and Customer Care plans, while recommending bespoke activations for those channels and driving them to execution in partnership with channel leads.

  • Lead forecasting for Dyson Demo Stores and Customer Care channels at product level as required, including spares & accessories.

  • Act as the point person for Customer Care and Dyson Demo Store sales communications, not limited to forecasting, supply, Direct and sales meetings.

  • Monitor Direct sales and inventories; identify opportunities and assess related risks; gain consensus and approval from internal stakeholders; communicate and implement proposed action plans.

  • Lead Spares & Accessories (S&A) forecasting to support promotional plans, NPD, and loyalty/GWP initiatives. Manage S&A inventory while recommending initiatives including offers/events and building on customization efforts.

  • Sales and administrative support for initiatives including but not limited to Live Shopping, Peak Planning, and team meeting support and facilitation.

  • Build operational knowledge and customer insights through Customer Care channel to influence sales and forecasting approach.

  • Accountability for all business processes related to the position and working cross-functionally with channel teams, eCommerce, finance, and legal.

  • Oversee the implementation of the sales promotion program and co-develop a calendar of activity that fits with the retail activity plan, ensuring direct competitiveness online and offline.

  • Work in partnership with the other Direct channel owners (3rd party marketplaces and eCommerce) to identify and implement opportunities to drive conversion, cross-sell and up-sell.
