Account Manager

 

Description:

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate with CXR, CPS and pricing to identify where customers have room for growth with our business
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify opportunities for sales growth and development
Assist customers with inquiries and information requests and, as necessary, manage service failures and client responses
Develop new and grow existing client-base by identifying growth points such as new lanes and quoting rates for these
Assists procurement with finding trucks by posting as needed and verifying any rate changes with all parties
Communicate with pricing department and use load link to set rates
Monitor tracking and tracing activates to ensure live updates are being acquired and communicated
Manage communication line for customer inquiries and requests
Manage service failures and client responses
Enter all leads into the company CRM
