Account Executive

 

Description:

Mitel, a global leader in business communications, is seeking a bilingual (French-English) Account Executive to join its sales team in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, engage with a diverse range of clients and partners, and play a key role in expanding Mitel’s presence across the Canadian market.

As an Account Executive, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with existing clients and partners, and delivering tailored communications solutions. Ideal candidates are results-oriented, fluent in both French and English, and experienced in telecommunications or enterprise networking sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct sales efforts to consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within Canada

  • Build and manage strong relationships through virtual and in-person client interactions

  • Represent Mitel at trade shows, industry events, and partner engagements

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic sales initiatives

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain clean CRM records

  • Deliver presentations and demonstrate understanding of Mitel's product roadmap

  • Use modern sales methodologies such as MEDPICC, Richardson, or similar

  • Navigate Mitel’s internal systems and processes for effective cross-functional support

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of successful direct sales experience

  • Background in telecommunications, enterprise networking, or associated technologies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven personality

  • Willingness to travel within Canada
