Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Local Markets Account Executive to join our sales division. This role is pivotal in expanding our local and commercial client base across Canada, with a focus on verticals such as Automotive, Retail, Professional Services, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.
Your mission is to consult with local businesses, introduce them to our Zoomer Digital Suite, and showcase how our media outlets — including the widely trusted Zoomer platform — can help them reach their target audiences effectively. You will work within designated territories, focusing on new business development and building lasting partnerships that support our clients’ growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive New Business Growth: Identify and secure new local and regional clients by leveraging your consultative sales approach.
- Territorial Development: Build a healthy sales pipeline, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Educate & Advocate: Inform clients about the power of digital advertising and how our media outlets can support their business objectives.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and recurring business.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline, and sales activity within our CRM systems.
