Gorgias, a leading conversational AI platform for ecommerce trusted by over 15,000 global brands, is seeking an exceptional Senior Enterprise ABM Marketing Manager to take ownership of its enterprise Account-Based Marketing strategy. This role is designed for an experienced ABM professional who thrives in creating bespoke, high-impact campaigns for enterprise-level and Fortune 500 accounts.

As the central orchestrator of Gorgias’s ABM initiatives, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams—sales, partnerships, events, product marketing, and content—to deliver world-class enterprise-focused programs that drive measurable engagement and revenue growth. You will be the "quarterback" of ABM operations, ensuring alignment between account plans and execution, and elevating the quality of marketing across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute enterprise-level ABM campaigns targeting top accounts, delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute highly targeted account plans.

  • Elevate the quality of enterprise marketing touchpoints, including digital campaigns, events, webinars, product demos, and website messaging.

  • Act as the central connector across internal teams to deliver synchronized and effective programs.

  • Provide constructive feedback on marketing execution, addressing gaps and supporting organizational improvements.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, introducing advanced ABM strategies to move Gorgias further upmarket.

  • Build strong internal and external relationships while maintaining high influence across stakeholders.

  • Potentially develop and scale a dedicated ABM team as enterprise initiatives expand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive ABM experience with enterprise or commercial accounts (not SMB).

  • Strong portfolio of successful, high-quality ABM campaign executions.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Independent, confident, and able to bring in higher-level ABM expertise than current leadership.

  • Strategic thinker who can challenge existing approaches and introduce innovative solutions.
