Description:
The Access Control Specialist (SAP) will be part of the Identity and Access Management team. They will be primarily responsible for processing SAP service requests, day-to-day problem solving, technical implementations, coordinating activities and working together with team members to maintain, enhance and customize the supported systems and components
What Will You Do?
- Maintain authorizations, accesses, controls, and segregations in strict compliance with the company’s standards
- Participate in periodic internal and external access/control audits; explain controls and provide evidence
- Responsible for SOX IT General Computing Controls related to user access
- Work collaboratively with the business and other stakeholders to ensure that the developed solution functions correctly
- Support and troubleshoot functional and technical security related issues
- Work with project management to document and communicate risks and issues
- Ensure alignment to Sun Life SDLC and internal standards and compliance
- Operations Support: technical configuration, problem analysis, resolution, escalation and reporting
- Run and analyze Control Reports to maintain an up-to-date link between intake tool, GRC, S/4 HANA, BW/4
- Troubleshoot access issues in BW reporting based on the data providers/roles

- Good understanding of SAP FI modules functionality (GL, GR, AP, FA) and Procurement MM
- Understanding of SOX control requirements around security, SoD
- Experience in HANA security including User Management, Roles and Analytic Privileges
- Experience with creating effective design documentation and diagrams
